    1. Prior to walking out of cardiac rehab in ’03 I was instructed to eliminate one food (item) from my diet I knew was bad for me, and add one good new food. I have consistently done this for almost 5 years now, although I still have a few areas that need improvement, bbq being one. Prior to that 1st. heart attack, I had breakfasted on honey buns, or KK doughnuts (by far the best!) and Dr. Pepper’s for many years. The first thing I gave up was the honey buns/KK doughnuts. Sigh. Sometimes I really miss ’em, but like cigarettes, I know it only takes one…..
